When writing to or phoning the Council's staff, it is expected that they are treated with respect. They are there to help you with Council processes and your questions, and it is expected that this is conducted in a professional manner by both the practitioner and staff member involved. The Council’s Code of Ethical Conduct outlines a practitioners professional obligation to communicate in a respectful and collaborative manner.

Any abuse directed towards staff may result in you being referred to the Council.
